Cruso is a Belgian company that develops sustainable furniture in collaboration with renowned designers from around the world. Each product is exclusively designed for Cruso and meets strict standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. This includes the use of sustainably sourced materials and eco-friendly packaging and distribution practices.

When Cruso initially approached us, they were specifically looking for a website. However, as we started talking, it became clear that their current branding no longer aligned with their premium positioning. This resulted in two projects: a website redesign and a rebranding. We began with a KANVAS exercise to refine the brand and positioning. The project’s challenges were twofold: collaboration was entirely digital due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was one of our first Webflow projects with such a complex database integration.

We delivered a completely new website that enables Cruso to easily reach partners, such as architects and retailers, while also allowing direct purchases by individual customers. While Cruso developed sustainable payment and shipping methods, we laid the foundation for their digital growth. The new website remains in use, with design and branding that stay true to Cruso's original vision, providing a strong foundation for future growth both online and offline.
