Adin–Packaging design
In the heart of the Diamond Quarter in Antwerp, Adin (founded in 1985) has built a strong reputation as a specialist in high-quality antique and vintage jewelry collections. Through their mission as “Keepers of History for posterity”, Adin is committed to preserving the stories behind jewelry and passing them on to future generations. To reinforce this goal, Adin developed a unique game line that allows people to learn more about the history and heritage of antique jewelry in an accessible and playful way.
Adin wanted to present the beauty and history of antique and vintage jewelry in a fresh and accessible way. The line consists of four different games, including a quartet and a puzzle, each packaged in luxurious packaging with finishes such as gold foil, local varnish and gold-cut techniques. This placed high demands on the packaging design, which was supposed to reflect both Adin's sophisticated aesthetic and the playfulness of the games.
The result is an exclusive game line consisting of four sophisticated packages that perfectly match Adin's mission. The collection includes quartet, memory, puzzles and greeting cards, designed for young and old to play and learn together. Thanks to the elegant finish, including gold foil and precise printing techniques, the educational value of the games is enhanced. The games form a bridge between generations, where parents and grandparents, together with children, delve into the rich stories and history of antique jewelry.
