City of Antwerp app
To modernize its services, the City of Antwerp developed an app that caters to locals, tourists, and businesses. Using a co-creation approach with diverse user groups, we crafted a service blueprint for a user-friendly app offering a wide range of services—from tourist information to administrative support. An innovative solution for an innovative city.
Districtshuis Antwerpen
The Antwerp District House, situated in Harmoniepark, is a central venue for municipal services and events. To improve the visitor experience, we were tasked with providing recommendations to optimize both visitor flow and space utilization. In collaboration with Yellow Window, we created a flexible, modern design that meets the diverse needs of both visitors and staff.
